Privacy Policy

Last updated: 02/02/2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Swift Entry (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit our website or purchase tickets through our platform.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following personal data:

  • Name and email address when you fill out a form
  • Billing and payment details when purchasing tickets
  • Technical information such as IP address, browser type, and device info
  • Any additional information you provide voluntarily

2. How We Use This Information

Your data may be used to:

  • Process ticket orders and send digital e-tickets
  • Respond to customer enquiries or support requests
  • Improve and secure our website and services
  • Analyse traffic and usage patterns to improve the user experience

3. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell, rent, trade, or commercially exploit your personal data.

We may share limited personal data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating and maintaining the Swift Entry platform. These may include:
Payment processing providers (e.g. Stripe or other authorised processors)

Website hosting, security, and infrastructure providers.
Email delivery and communications platforms (including Sender.net)
Event organisers, strictly for the purpose of verifying ticket purchases, managing entry, and fulfilling the event

Swift Entry acts as the primary data controller for customer purchase data processed through our platform. Event organisers do not receive unrestricted access to customer databases or mailing lists.

Where limited attendee information is shared with an organiser (such as name or ticket reference), this is solely for event administration purposes. Organisers are not permitted to use customer data for independent marketing unless separate lawful consent has been obtained directly from the customer.

All third-party service providers engaged by Swift Entry are required to process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and under appropriate contractual safeguards.

Swift Entry accepts no responsibility for data processing activities carried out independently by event organisers outside of the Swift Entry platform.

4. Communications

You will receive transactional communications relating to your purchase, including but not limited to order confirmations, receipts, event updates, and e-tickets.

If you purchase a ticket through Swift Entry, we may also send you email communications about future events organised by the same event organiser, where those events are similar or reasonably related to the event you previously attended.

These communications are sent under our legitimate interest in keeping customers informed about relevant upcoming events. Promotional event communications are sent by Swift Entry via our authorised email service provider (currently Sender.net).

You may unsubscribe from promotional event emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every message. Once you unsubscribe, you will no longer receive promotional emails of this type.

We do not send unrelated third-party marketing communications without your explicit consent.

Customer email addresses are not sold, rented, or provided to event organisers for independent marketing use unless separate, clear consent has been obtained from the customer.

Nothing in this policy creates any partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or shared data controller arrangement between Swift Entry and third-party event organisers. Each organiser is solely responsible for the operation, management, and delivery of their event, and for any independent data processing activities conducted outside of the Swift Entry platform.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to complete transactions, comply with legal obligations, and resolve any potential disputes.

6. Cookies & Tracking

Our website uses cookies to ensure core functionality and measure performance. You may control cookies through your browser settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at [email protected] for any privacy-related enquiries.

8. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security and data protection practices, including server-side encryption, daily backups, and layered website protection systems to safeguard your data.

9. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, along with the date of the last update.
