Returns & Refund Policy

Swift Entry is a platform for purchasing e-tickets to events hosted and organised by third-party event organisers. We do not organise or manage any events directly.
1. E-Tickets Only
All tickets sold through Swift Entry are delivered electronically via email as e-tickets containing a unique QR code. These QR codes are scanned at the event for admission. No physical goods are sent or required for entry.
2. No Exchanges or Returns
As tickets are delivered instantly via email and used to gain entry to events, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns, or cancellations after purchase.
3. Refunds
- All refund policies are set by the individual event organiser, not by Swift Entry.
- Swift Entry will only process a refund if the organiser explicitly authorises it and instructs us to do so.
- Any refund provided by an organiser will exclude the booking fee. Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- If you have a refund request or dispute regarding an event, you must contact the organiser directly using the contact details provided in the event listing or on your order confirmation email.
4. Event Cancellations or Changes
If an event is cancelled or significantly changed, it is the organiser’s responsibility to inform all ticket holders and provide refund instructions if applicable. Swift Entry will not be held responsible for any event changes, postponements, or cancellations.
