Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is my ticket purchased from?

All tickets sold on this website are listed and fulfilled directly by the event organiser. Swift Entry provides a secure and reliable ticketing platform, but we do not organise or manage the events listed.

Will I receive a physical ticket?

No physical tickets will be posted. All purchases are issued as e-tickets with a QR code, delivered instantly to your email. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

What if I don’t receive my e-ticket?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us via the form on our Contact page with your order number and email address, and we’ll resend your ticket.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind or can’t attend?

All ticket sales are final. Any refund or exchange requests must be directed to the event organiser and are subject to the terms listed on the event page.

What if the event is cancelled or rescheduled?

The event organiser is responsible for communicating any changes. If an event is cancelled, you will be notified by the organiser and advised on the next steps. Swift Entry does not issue refunds or take responsibility for changes to listed events.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely using Stripe, and we do not store your card details.

Why is there a booking fee on tickets?

The small booking fee helps us cover the secure payment processing costs (Stripe), ticket delivery system (with QR code check-in), and platform upkeep. It also helps ensure Swift Entry can continue supporting trusted organisers and delivering a smooth ticketing experience.

We keep this fee as low as possible and always aim to be transparent — the full ticket price goes directly to the organiser.

Are booking fees refundable?

Booking fees are non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the organiser cancels the event or agrees to refund your ticket. These fees cover admin, transaction, and processing costs that occur regardless of event outcomes.

Do I need to bring ID to the event?

These days, it’s advisable to bring valid photo ID to any event, especially if the venue or organiser has age restrictions or other entry requirements. However, ID requirements may vary depending on the event and the organiser’s policies. We recommend checking the event details or contacting the organiser directly if you’re unsure.
