1. Introduction
Welcome to Swift Entry. Swift Entry operates as an online ticketing platform that enables independent third-party event organisers to list and sell tickets for their events.
Swift Entry is not the organiser, promoter, producer, host, or manager of any event listed on this website.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website.
2. Role of Swift Entry
- Swift Entry acts solely as an intermediary platform between ticket buyers and independent event organisers.
- We do not create, host, manage, control, or execute any events listed on this site.
- The event organiser is solely responsible for the planning, production, safety, legality, insurance, licensing, delivery, and operation of their event.
- Swift Entry accepts no responsibility or liability for the cancellation, postponement, alteration, quality, safety, or execution of any event.
Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, or shared liability arrangement between Swift Entry and any event organiser.
3. Ticket Purchase & Contractual Relationship
- All tickets purchased via Swift Entry are for events operated by independent third-party organisers.
- Your ticket purchase forms a contract between you (the buyer) and the event organiser, not Swift Entry.
- Event descriptions, schedules, venue details, and pricing are provided by the organiser. While we aim to ensure listings are accurate, Swift Entry does not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or accuracy of event information.
- It is your responsibility to check event details prior to purchase.
4. Refunds, Cancellations & Booking Fees
- Refund decisions are made solely by the event organiser.
- Swift Entry will only process a refund where the organiser has explicitly authorised the refund and returned the necessary funds to Swift Entry.
- All refund requests must be directed to the organiser in the first instance.
- Each organiser may operate under their own refund policy.
Booking Fees
The booking fee charged at checkout is a platform administration fee and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including (but not limited to):
- Event cancellation
- Event postponement
- Changes to line-up or venue
- Refunds issued by the organiser
The booking fee covers payment processing, fraud prevention, administration, and platform operational costs.
5. Communications & Customer Contact
- Swift Entry may send transactional emails relating to your purchase (including order confirmations, receipts, and e-tickets).
- Swift Entry may also send limited communications about future events organised by the same organiser from whom you previously purchased tickets, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Customers may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.
Customer contact data collected through Swift Entry remains under the control of Swift Entry in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Event organisers are not granted unrestricted access to customer databases and may not use customer data for independent marketing unless lawful consent has been separately obtained.
Swift Entry accepts no liability for communications sent independently by organisers outside of the Swift Entry platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Entry shall not be liable for:
- Event cancellations, postponements, or material changes
- Dissatisfaction with event quality, performers, or venue conditions
- Loss of enjoyment
- Travel or accommodation costs
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses
- Personal injury, loss, or damage arising from attendance or non-attendance at an event
Swift Entry’s total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the booking fee paid for the relevant transaction.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Swift Entry, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of the website
- Your attendance at an event
- Your breach of these Terms
- Any dispute between you and an event organiser
- Any claim brought by an organiser or third party relating to your conduct
8. Force Majeure
Swift Entry shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing any obligation where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, venue closures, or technical outages.
9. Website Content & Platform Rights
- The content on Swift Entry is provided for general informational purposes only.
- We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or modify any event listing or user account without notice.
- We may refuse service or access at our discretion.
- External links may appear throughout this site. Swift Entry is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party websites.
10. Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Swift Entry acts as the data controller for customer purchase data processed through this platform.
Event organisers are independently responsible for their own data processing activities conducted outside of Swift Entry.
11. Changes to These Terms
Swift Entry reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
